Staff and Management Development Training Programs address communication styles, teamwork, cultural diversity awareness, harassment issues to build skills for dealing with change, customer service, and interpersonal skills. We also coach clients to understand how empowerment, leadership, and appropriate enhancement responsibilities impact their effectiveness.

We are able to provide assistance in the critical area of Employee Selection and Evaluation, to make Smart Hires resulting in a reduction of turnover and absenteeism while ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal hiring regulations including ADA and EEO issues. Additionally, some Lincolnshire members have extensive experience in helping employers, non-profit agencies and start-up businesses develop Employee Handbooks, Policy and Procedures Manuals, and other necessary human resource documents.
